Mia Hancock is currently a student at Vancouver Career College. With extensive experience working as an administrator at multi-disciplinary healthcare clinics, Mia has a deep appreciation of what it means to solve problems by carefully listening to each person she sees, and to work together with them to resume a pain-free and functional life.
Mia has experience with muscular imbalances, frozen shoulder, TMJ syndrome, managing and correcting poor posture, and repetitive strain conditions. She incorporates a wide variety of techniques during treatment, including Trigger Point Release, Deep Tissue work, Myofascial Mobilization, Joint Mobilization, Swedish, and Active Tissue Release.
In her spare time, Mia enjoys entertaining her cat, Bikram yoga, weight-training, and a good book.
